Bergsängs Bystuga

The villages of Norr and Sör Bergsäng are situated in the northern region of Leksand municipality. Nestled between Leksand and Rättvik, and just above Tällberg, there are a variety of delightful excursion destinations.

In the northern part of the village there is a village cottage (Bystuga) and maypole site next to the country road. At the maypole site is also the surrounding Normansgården, which today is protected as a building monument. 

The village cottage, which used to be a school, is today used for residents of the village and external guests who want simpler accommodation or a suitable venue for, for example, birthday celebrations, gatherings, lectures.
